Ha fallecido Peter Drucker

Peter Ferdinand Drucker (19 de Noviembre 1909 – 11 Noviembre de 2005).

Pues me acabo de enterar que uno de los gurús y teóricos del management, "culpable" de la revolución de estos últimos 20-30 años, falleció el pasado viernes a la edad de 95 años.

Sus teoría de la nueva macroeconomía le han llevado a citar frases célebres como:

- “La planificación a largo plazo no es pensar en decisiones futuras, sino en el futuro de las decisiones presentes”.

- “La mejor estructura no garantizará los resultados ni el rendimiento. Pero la estructura equivocada es una garantía de fracaso.”

- "El gobierno es un mal gerente."

- “Donde hay una empresa de éxito, alguien tomó alguna vez una decisión valiente.”

- "Lo más importante en materia de comunicación humana es oír lo que no se dice."

- "No hay nada más inútil como hacer eficientemente aquello que no se debiera hacer."

- “A los elefantes les cuesta mucho adaptarse, las cucarachas sobreviven a todo.”
